My name is Ángel Villaseñor and I am a Digital Artist

For several years, I've honed my expertise in visual effects and animation for the film industry, with additional experience in TV and advertising. My passion lies in the ever-evolving technology that drives this field, and I'm constantly seeking opportunities to develop new skills and embrace the latest digital tools to bring creative visions to life.

I was born and raised in Mexico City and at the age of 21 years old I decided to continue my studies in Barcelona, SPAIN. There I discovered my pasion for Digital Art & Production and started my career as an artist enrolling me in a 4 years Program on Traditional Animation, Multimedia and 3D in 1998. After some time working producing Multimedia Cd-roms and editing corporate videos I decided to specialized myself and went to enroll myself in a Full-Time program of Animation 3D & Visual Effects at the Vancouver Film School (VFS) in Vancouver, CANADA. 2004.

In 2016 I arrived to Montreal, CANADA and I lived there working in the VFX Industry for 8 years in studios like Mpc and most recently at Dneg.

At the moment I find my self working in Mexico doing some freelance and planning my next move.
